manabira

A Japanese practical media that unlocks learning.

Learning, unlocked.

Mission

A child’s middle-school entrance exams. An adult reskilling for a new career. English for the next promotion. How to teach kids to use ChatGPT. There are moments where the next step in learning isn’t obvious, and you stall.

manabira is a practical media built for those moments. Instead of theoretical know-how or generic tips, we publish only firsthand knowledge— from people who actually learned, taught, or built — in a form you can act on: what to do, when, how, and why it works for your situation.

We cover five pillars — kids’ education, adult reskilling, study methods & brain science, English & languages, and AI in education — cutting across age and discipline to unlock learning for anyone trying to grow.

About the Name

“manabira” combines two Japanese words: manabi(学び, “learning”) and hiraku(ひらく, “to open / unlock”). The name carries our intent: to unlock learning — to take what experts and practitioners know and put it within reach of anyone trying to take the next step.
